Co-founded in 2021 by Turiya Ma & Verena Maria, Sanctuary Rosa Mystica was born from a deep Soul Calling and a shared Vision to midwife a Sanctuary where the ancient Wisdom and living Presence of the Magdalene Rose could blossom back into form. Woven from remembrance and reverence, this sanctuary arose as a sacred temple space for the Rose Mysteries to unfurl once more - a holy ground for those who feel the whisper of the Rose stirring in their hearts.
This Vision, shared by many Sisters, naturally expanded into a powerful Circle of eight Rose Wisdom Guides — women, soul sisters and spiritual companions, who have known each other for over a decade, having walked through countless retreats, rites of passage, and transformational spaces side by side. For over five years, she has been expanding her body of work including Online Mentoring Journeys as well as Trainings and Magdalene Temples, that have touched hundreds of women. She incorporates the mystical Teachings of the Heart, Priestess Arts of Healing Touch, Tantric Transfiguration Rituals, and Feminine Embodiment, with a reverent emphasis on Dark Feminine Awakening -opening to the raw, creative forces of birth as a sacred portal of feminine power, healing, and transformation. Verena also loves to share her Art and Devotion through Ceremony, working with ceremonial cacao, rose medicine, myrrh, and sacred oils as plant spirit allies. She holds a Master of Science in Behavioural Biology, is a certified Hridaya Yoga & Meditation Teacher (500h), trained in Neo Emotional Release, and served in the Temple Team of the Sundari Mystery School. Most of all, she is a devoted mother to her young son, whom she birthed at home, without medical intervention - a profound rite of passage that continues to inform her sacred work with women, her trust in divine guidance, and her reverence for the Wisdom of the feminine body. She is currently deepening her studies in Forest Therapy Healing and the ancient art of Sacred Anointing Oils.
Turiya Ma

She is Co-Founder of Sanctuary Rosa Mystica, which was birthed together with Verena Maria from a profound Vision and Soul Calling in 2021, and breathes as a living Mystery School the Song of the ancient Magdalene Rose Lineage back into Life. A certified Hridaya Meditation and Yoga Teacher, healer, and spiritual guide, her path is one of deep integration - where the stillness of pure awareness meets the wild beauty of embodied feminine wisdom. Since 2015, Turiya Ma has walked the spiritual path with unwavering devotion, shaped by years of immersion in silent meditation retreats and sacred feminine initiations. Her offerings are rooted in the radiant stillness of the Heart and nourished by the sensual fullness of the Rose Path - a living tradition of embodied mysticism. Turiya Ma is currently completing a Master’s Thesis in Jungian Studies, exploring the alchemical symbolism of Mary Magdalene as a bridge between the dark and light archetypes of the feminine psyche. She is also in the final stages of training as an Integrative Therapist, registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. Having lived and taught in Mexico, Spain, and France, she now resides on the ancient lands of Dartmoor, Devon. There, she weaves the Celtic ancestral thread into her tapestry of offerings - holding sacred space where mysticism, depth, psychology, and embodied spirituality meet.
Alison Bond

On her own path, and in the transmissions she offers, she weaves together various threads of Divine Feminine spirituality, Feminine Embodiment, Yoga, Tantra, Taosim, Shamanism, Mystical Christianity and Western Esotericism. Alison began her mystical initiations 15 years ago. Since then, she has been devoted to daily spiritual practice and has sat in countless meditation retreats—adding up to 2+ years of her life in silent meditation. When not in retreat, she has guided 10000+ seekers from all over the world in live teacher trainings, retreats, pilgrimages, 1-on-1 mentorships, and online courses. For a decade, she taught full-time at Hridaya Yoga as one of the schools’ most experienced teachers, deeply immersing herself in Eastern esotericism, spiritual community, and ashram life. A longing for truth, an ancient remembrance stirring within her, pulled her beyond the veils of the ordinary, into the depths of direct experience. Her journey led her across distant lands, seeking the wisdom of Mother Earth who eventually guided her to Hridaya Yoga Mexico. Here, through silence, self-inquiry and the teachings about living with an open heart, the final pieces of a foreseen puzzle fell into place, and she remembered the path of service to this divine unfolding. It was here that she discovered bhakti—the path of devotion. At the heart of her practice is the chanting of mantra—sacred sound vibrations that echo through the fabric of creation, dissolving illusion, opening the heart and connecting to our essence. She lives to share these prayers and offerings through the voice, allowing the primordial frequencies to guide us back to ourselves and remind us of our divinity. She is passionate about remembering the medicine that is our own voice and the healing power of coming together in chorus. She holds space for others to enter this resonance, honouring the voice as a sacred bridge between realms, a portal of transformation, and a gateway to the divine. Heather walks in reverence to the Womb Mysteries, attuning to the gentle and compassionate yet wild and fierce power of the Divine Mother who holds all in Her loving embrace. Heather's life is shaped by the unfurling wisdom of the Holy Womb, which illuminates her path, inspires her offerings, and guides the way she moves through the world.
Luna Cabases
Voice of Truth • Art of Sacred Listening • Heart-to-Heart Connection • Empowered Aliveness • Somatic Embodiment • Portal to the Unknown Since her early years, Luna felt a profound fascination for the deep Mystery of Life and after finishing her studies travelled the world responding to that inner calling, meeting like-hearted beings and feeling intimately inspired by other ways of inhabiting this sacred Mother Earth. She has spent the last 13 years diving deeply into the Silence and Beauty of the Heart via Nondual Spirituality, exploring the various paths of Yoga and fully dedicating herself to them: Jnana yoga, Bhakti yoga, Karma yoga and Tantra yoga. As a certified Hridaya Meditation and Hatha Yoga teacher and a core member of the onsite senior teacher team at Hridaya, she has facilitated countless Silent Meditation Retreats and Yoga modules, accompanied thousands of beings in deep personal and spiritual processes, as well as dived deeper herself through long periods of solitude (49 and 30-day retreats), dark room retreats and spiritual journeys to different parts of the world and teachers. For over 18 years, she has dedicated her life to the spiritual journey, transforming the lives of thousands worldwide through immersive silent meditation retreats, transformative workshops, enriching teacher trainings, and deep 1:1 mentorships. The deep knowing of the possibility of life lived from Love has been alive since childhood - where began an immense fascination with Light. Her parents and doctors feared there was something wrong with her, as a 6-year old she loved to be alone, in silence, simply writing, reading and basking in the Light of the sun. In high-school praying with her classmates and the nuns evoked profound sacredness. Receiving the gift of menstruation was an epic opening of Infinite Sacred recognition. Immersing in meditation as a living practice at 21 years of age for 1.5 years in countryside Japan - living with a Japanese family trained in the ancient arts of tea ceremony, kimono and ikebana (traditional Japanese flower arranging) opened the spiritual dimension clearly - with much inspiration and love. Phoebe offers meditation and yoga retreats in Japan - complete with her love of the Japanese language and devotion to the ritual of hot spring bathing. Here in Japan, she learned the true gift of karma yoga - of true service from the Heart.
